Lab Grown Diamonds are diamonds created in a laboratory setting, designed to mimic the exact structure of Natural Diamonds. While they are chemically and structurally identical to their natural counterparts, Lab Grown Diamonds are typically more affordable—costing 30-60% less—and are produced much faster.

Additionally, Lab Grown Diamonds are considered a more ethical and sustainable option compared to mined diamonds, as they have a smaller environmental impact and do not involve the same labor practices.

To the naked eye, it’s impossible to distinguish between a Lab Grown Diamond and a Natural Diamond. The only way to tell them apart is by using specialised equipment, which can reveal a laser inscription on the diamond’s girdle that indicates its origin. Grading agencies use the same standards (such as the 4Cs—cut, clarity, color, and carat weight) for both types of diamonds, ensuring no differences in their overall quality.

The most accurate way to get your ring sized is to go to a jeweller and have them measure your finger or to bring in an existing ring.

However, if you are not able to do this, you can also measure your finger at home with our Ring Size chart.  The easiest way to measure your ring size at home is by using a piece of string or a strip of paper.

Make sure that either the string or paper is tight against your skin. Once you have wrapped it around your finger, mark the point where the ends meet and measure the length with a ruler and refer to our chart. Remember with wear the ring will loosen, therefore you want a snug fit over the knuckle.

Even though we guarantee our jewellery will last a lifetime, through everyday activities, damage may occur so regular maintenance is key to preserving its longevity.

Jewellery Inspections: We recommend having your jewellery inspected by a trusted jeweller every 6 months to catch any damage early, particularly to avoid losing stones.

Cleaning Your Jewellery: Clean your jewellery with mild soap, water, and a soft toothbrush between inspections. Polish with a soft cloth to restore shine.

Jewellery Storage: Store jewellery in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and heat. Use a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches. Consider anti-tarnish strips for added protection.

We can organise it for you to collect from any international terminal in New Zealand when you depart. We can follow the same procedure if you live internationally and are coming to New Zealand.
