Refund policy

Ready-to-Wear & Signature Collection: We offer a 14-day return period on ready-to-wear and signature collection jewellery. Items must be unworn and unaltered. Approved returns are eligible for exchange or store credit up to the original purchase value. Cash refunds are not issued.

Custom, Personalised, or Made-to-Order Jewellery: Bespoke, personalised, altered, and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned or refunded. Deposits, including design fees and production deposits, are non-refundable once manufacture begins.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Ring Resizing: We offer one complimentary resizing within 30 days of purchase for Meaden Jewellery. Resizes are limited to up or down by two sizes. Jewellery resized elsewhere voids the warranty. Some designs or metals may not be eligible. Please contact us for further details.
