Shipping policy
We use registered, signature-required couriers for all deliveries to ensure your jewellery arrives safely.
New Zealand Shipping: Orders over $500 NZD within New Zealand qualify for complimentary delivery.
All New Zealand shipments require a signature upon delivery. You may also choose to collect your order from our Auckland showroom if preferred.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed due to the handcrafted nature of our jewellery. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including adverse weather or courier delays.
International Shipping: All international orders are shipped via DHL. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Target delivery timeframes are typically 3–7 business days once your order has been processed; however, this is an estimate and may vary depending on customs and local courier services.
International shipments may incur additional taxes, duties, or import fees payable by the recipient. Meaden Master Jewellers is not responsible for these charges.
Duty-free purchases from New Zealand airports are subject to specific conditions. Please contact us for further information.
Delivery Responsibility: Orders may be collected from our premises or shipped via signature-required courier.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout.
Risk passes to you upon collection or confirmed delivery. We recommend arranging insurance for your jewellery once it leaves our premises.
