Neil — Master Diamond Setter
A specialist in diamond and gemstone setting, Neil has decades of experience placing stones securely while optimising their brilliance. He is adept at all forms of setting; from classic claw and bezel work to advanced micro pavé.
Tim — CAD Designer
Tim transforms client ideas into precise, technically sound CAD designs. His expertise lies in translating even the most ambitious concepts into highly detailed digital models, ready for production.
With deep experience in jewellery-specific CAD software, Tim ensures every design is structurally feasible and proportionally perfect before it reaches the bench. This allows for seamless communication between client, designer, and jeweller, and reduces the need for alterations during production.

At Meaden, Hermant is valued for his consistent quality and ability to execute both traditional and contemporary styles to the highest level.
