At Meaden, every piece is thoughtfully designed and expertly crafted. Before purchasing or commissioning Jewellery, here’s what you need to know:

Bespoke & Custom Pieces: A design fee applies to bespoke Jewellery, and a deposit is required to beginthe process & production. Typical creation time is 3–4 weeks.

Pricing & Payment: All prices are in NZD and may vary with materials or customisation. Deposits are non-refundable once production begins.

Delivery & Collection: Jewellery can be collected in-store or shipped. Risk passes to you upon collection or confirmed delivery.

Warranty & Care: We offer a lifetime manufacturing warranty for workmanship faults. Normal wear, accidental damage, or improper care are not covered. Complimentary resizing within 30 days applies to rings purchased from Meaden.

Returns & Exchanges: Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days for store credit if unworn and unaltered. Custom, made-to-order, and personalised pieces are non-refundable.

Privacy & Ownership: Jewellery remains our property until fully paid. All designs, renders, and creative concepts are our intellectual property. Personal information is collected to fulfil orders and provide updates.
