We always recommend visiting us in store for an accurate measurement. Our team uses professional sizing tools to ensure the most precise fit possible, taking into account comfort and ring style.

You may want to resize your ring if:

It spins around your finger or slips off easily, it feels tight or uncomfortable to remove, it no longer fits due to temperature, lifestyle changes, or time

A well-fitted ring should feel secure, but still slide over your knuckle with gentle resistance.

Most rings can be resized, however some designs require special consideration, including:

Eternity rings (due to continuous stones), intricate pavé or full diamond settings, or certain mixed metal designs.

If resizing isn’t suitable, we can often offer alternative solutions such as remodelling or remaking the piece.

Ring resizing can often be completed same day, depending on when you drop your piece off and the complexity of the work required.

For simpler adjustments, we’re usually able to complete the resizing within a few hours. For more intricate designs or rings that require additional care, the process may take a few days to ensure the perfect finish and structural integrity.
